Wally’s Corvette Drag Racing in 1999 and 2000

nothing crazy, just warming up the Corvette. TPIS tuned L98 V8, comp cam, Flowmaster exhaust, ceramic coated headers, shorty intake manifold, Bosch high flow fuel injectors, stage 3 computer upgrade, high flow air intake, high performance rocker arms and valve springs, dyno tune.

The video shows the results of repaired vacuum lines, which were the cause of fuel leaking into the plenum on my car.

After rebuilding the entire fuel delivery system, replacing the valve cover gaskets, adjusting the TPS and idle set screw, fixing a cut tube on the exhaust system, and power washing the engine, my project failed the emissions test again. 86 Corvette fitted with 2010 ZR1 19″ wheels. No wheel spacers or adaptors. 454ci small block, Keisler TKO 600 manual transmision, Dana 44 rear end and Wilwood 6 piston brakes.

This video shows the starting of the vette after removing the fuel pump and cleaning the strainer, and test driving after replacing the rear wheel hub assemblies. I still have a little more work to do.
